SiteOwl will provide link to online self-paced training and knowledge base. The training content is organized according to the users’ role in the organization and how they will be using SiteOwl, maximizing efficiency to tailor the content to the essentials of what that user needs to know about the platform. To ensure your trial goes smoothly, Customer Success will check in with you on Week 1 and Week 3 and your Sales contact will reach out on Week 2 and 4.
In contrast, our standard onboarding includes a dedicated Customer Success Representative to assist with understanding your business and then providing guidance on best practices for implementation of SiteOwl in various departments within your company. Your Customer Success Representative will hold approximately 8 one-to-one meetings with your team in order to ensure you receive all of the support you need during SiteOwl implementation.

You are welcome to take advantage of all the great features that the SiteOwl Project module includes during your trial perion. Below are a few suggestions on things you may want to do in order to see just how flexible and intuitive the SiteOwl platform is.
- Create a new Design Project
- Add more devices to the Design Project that SiteOwl creates in your account
- Move a Project to Installation
- Mark 2 devices as installed
Yes! SiteOwl can create a new annual contract upon request and credit back any un-used “trial time”.
“Real” data should never be put in the Trial Customer location, however Customer Data can be retained if you move to a full subscription. For more details, please discuss this with the Customer Success team during your trial.
